IMA’s fees are $125.00 per hour per party with a 2-hour minimum deposit required prior to the beginning of any ADR session. Payments should be sent to the Nevada office address of 6655 West Sahara Avenue, Suite 300, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146. Additional time involved for all ADR sessions will be billed at the conclusion of each session to each party at the rate of $125.00 per hour per party.
